Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Please note that order cancellations are only accepted within the first 24 hours after the order is placed. For expedited orders, cancellations are not possible due to immediate processing. Refusal of delivery will not be considered a cancellation and will not result in a refund.
Modifications to orders are permissible within the initial 24-hour period following placement. Any requested alterations are contingent upon current product stock, and please be aware that if the desired item is not available, returns cannot be processed.
We guarantee the freshness and quality of our flowers upon delivery. However, we cannot guarantee their continued growth or blooming due to factors beyond our control, such as care, temperature, and natural variations. Customers are expected to understand how to properly handle and use wholesale flowers and foliage. We are not responsible if flowers are mishandled, not hydrated, or improperly cared for after delivery.
If unsatisfied, we'll replace or offer store credit. Please return the product with a receipt, ensure proper watering, and notify us within the following guaranteed periods:
Featured flowers: 7 days (if watered, away from sun/fruit).
Roses: 5 days.
Fragile flowers: 3 days.
Plants: 1 week.
Non-perishables: 30 days.
